আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দ্বীপপূঞ্জ

বঙ্গোপসাগরে ৫৭২টি দ্বীপ নিয়ে গড়ে উঠেছে আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দ্বীপপূঞ্জ. আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দুটি আলাদা দ্বীপপুঞ্জ. পোর্ট ব্লেয়ার থেকে কলকাতার জলপথে দূরত্ব - ১২৫৫ কিলোমিটার. ডিসেম্বর ও জানুয়ারী মাসে আন্দামান নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জ ভ্রমণ করার সব থেকে মনোরম সময়. আন্দামান ও নিকোবর দ্বীপপুঞ্জের রাজধানী হল পোর্ট ব্লেয়ার. মোট আয়তন- ৮২৪৯ বর্গকিলোমিটার. এখানকার প্রধান ভাষা হল আন্দামানিজ, বাংলা, ইংরাজী, হিন্দী, নিকোবরিজ, তেলেগু, তামিল ইত্যাদি. বছরে দুইবার বর্ষা হয় এখানে. আন্দামান যাবার দুটি প্রধান পথ - জলজাহাজ অথবা বিমানে. প্রতিদিন দমদম বিমানবন্দর থেকে বিমান পোর্টব্লেয়ারের দিকে রওনা হচ্ছে.

কোলকাতা দমদম বিমান বন্দর থেকে ছাড়ছে জেটলাইট এর বিমান নং- ৩১৯, ছাড়ার সময়- প্রতিদিন সকাল ৯টা ১০ মিনিটে, পোর্ট ব্লেয়ার পৌছাবে- সকাল ১১টা ১০ মিনিটে. বিমানবন্দর থেকে প্রায় ৫কিলোমিটার দূরে অবস্হিত শহর. শহরে যাবার জন্য পাবেন অটো, ট্যাক্সি, সিটিবাস ইত্যাদি. হাতে যদি সময় থাকে তো আপনি যেতে পারেন জলজাহাজে. কোলকাতা ৩টি জাহাজ মাসে প্রায় ৪ বার যাতায়ত করে পোর্টব্লেয়ার. নিম্নে দা সিপিং কর্পোরেশন অব ইন্ডিয়ার জলজাহাজের টাইম টেবিল দেওয়া হল (দা সিপিং কর্পোরেশন অব ইন্ডিয়ার ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পাওয়া)-

Beach Tour Andaman Nicobar

Day 01 Port Blair -Your India holiday begins when you arrive in the capital city of Andaman and Nicobar islands - Port Blair. After getting down at the airport, you are received and transferred to the hotel. Day is free for leisure and exploring the islands widely. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Port Blair - In the morning visit Corbyn's Cove beach, a picturesque beach with tall coconut trees swaying alongside the white sands and the emerald sea.
